Stan Fest – Car Parking Impact

At the end of June, we hosting a community festival day – Stan Fest.

As a result of this, car parking availability will be severely impacted for a period of 24 hours. From Friday 26 June at 8pm until Saturday 27 June at 8pm – the top part of the car park past the changing room block will be required to be completely empty of all vehicles.

We will retain a small number of parking spaces for permit holders who have a critical need to park between Friday 26 June 8pm and Saturday 27 June 8pm. In order to pre-allocate spaces in the “lower” part of the car park (nearest to the Clubhouse as you enter), we require those car parkers with a critical need for parking to register by completing the form below.

If you are leaving the car park before 8pm on Friday 26th June, or arriving after 8pm on Saturday 27th June – you do not need to take any action and will not be impacted.

We will review the request and confirm back to you that a space has been reserved for you. Cars which do not have prior reservations confirmed by us, will not be able to enter the car park during this 24 hour period. There will be no exceptions to this, as this measure is being taken to assure the safety of all visitors to The Willow Park.
